ADMISSION NORMS

* At the time of admission, the student will have to deposit his/her full fee (Semester wise) by DD/Cash in favour of Suresh Gyan Vihar University, payable at Jaipur. Payment of fee, can be submitted in the Bank (to be designated by the University) through challan to be generated online on the student’s ID.

* At the time of registration at registration.gyanvihar.org the student will have to scan and upload his/her all original documents & Passport size color photograph with white background required by the University. 

For UG Program

  • 10th Marksheet

For PG Program

For Ph.D Program

  • Candidate, who is appearing in the Final year of qualifying exam and waiting for the result, may apply for the provisional admission on the basis of his/her aggregate percentage of previous year marks.
  • candidates, who appear in final year and are provisionally admitted in Gyan Vihar, will have to fulfill the basic eligibility criteria in his/her final year exam. If he/she does not fulfill our eligibility criteria the candidature will be cancelled and the deposited fee will be not refunded.
  • Admission to Ph.D will be twice a year through a University entrance test on 15th January and 15th July of the year.
  • Admission will only be confirmed on deposition of full fee (semester wise) and on submission of the original certificates at the time of enrollment.
  • In case of any discrepancy between original documents and scanned copies, University has all rights for a suitable action and cancellation of admission, and there will be no refund of deposited fee.
    For the students applying for UG the last date for submission of original documents will be 15th Sept of the year.
  • For the students applying for PG the last date for submission of above mentioned original documents will be 31st October of the year.
    Students whose results are declared late for PG programs only, will be allowed to submit their qualifying examination documents till 15th November of the year, after which the admission will be cancelled.
  • In case of non submission of above documents after the due date a late fine of Rs 50/- will be charged upto 15 days of the last date of submission of documents.
  • If the student fails to submit the original documents upto the given date with late fine, the candidature will be cancelled and the student will have no right to claim the refund of deposited fee.
  • For the Universities where TC/Migration is not issued the student will have to submit an affidavit on Rs. 10 non judicial stamp paper, for which, the format is available on the website.
  • University is not at all liable for any fraud conducted by outside III party for admission.
  • Admission of a candidate may be cancelled at any time, if any information furnished by the candidate at the time of admission is found to be incorrect or that the candidate has been wrongly admitted due to any reason.

At the time of enrolment all the students are supposed to submit

  4. Declaration for provisional admission
  • All declarations/undertaking 1-4 available on the website are to be downloaded and to be submitted alongwith the original documents duly filled & signed.
Hostel form, other forms and undertakings will be available on the website.
Hostel Fee Rs. 65000 per year will be payable at the time of admission.
Medical fitness certificate to be submitted by all the students seeking hostel accommodation.
Note :- Admission in Gyan Vihar will be provisional on the basis of scanned documents. If the original documents & scanned documents do not match at the time of enrolment, it will be the responsibility of student, and the candidature will be cancelled and the fee will be forfeited.
